Online/Offline Support and Troubleshooting

EESS Global has a standard call-out procedure for each system installed with 24-hour service. EESS Global endeavor to respond telephonically within the hour and on site within 24 hours of being notified. Qualified and trained technicians & Engineers would respond to the specific project with the necessary tools and stock to attend to the fault(s), should the system require additional spares, these would be obtained within the shortest time required. Servicing of equipment is carried out by EESS Global in-house capabilities.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMCs)

We, at, EESS Global have highly technical and experienced engineers, we assign work taking into consideration customers problem. Our SLA is 4-8 hours for Minor or major breakdown. We undertake Comprehensive and Non-Comprehensive AMC Services for the products installed at your premises and we do take care of the entire health of the system during the AMC period. For uninterrupted functioning, we also provide onsite engineer to Operate and Maintain the system.

Installation and Commissioning

EESS performs maximum in-house installation work, with the majority if installations performed by our contractors who are experienced in the field of Fire and Security Systems. Projects undertaken by EESS are completed within the programme time limits, on budget and all snags completed.

Consultancy and Solution Design

As a Electronic Security/Physical security consultant, Our Team evaluate the potential risks and make recommendations to improve your Security & Safety. We do site survey , design systems, choose equipment, write technical specifications and provide fully comprehensive support in terms of technical and commerical aspects.
